  • David Brown has three decades of experience in accounting and business management. His practice includes a specific focus on small business consulting and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals. David’s client roster includes individuals and companies in the creative sphere along with interior design, real estate and construction industries.

    David began his career as Assistant Controller for a mid-sized Charleston chemical company and went on to hold positions with several CPA firms where he served in various leadership roles including business development, management of (Fortune 500) client relationships and profit recovery. David has held CFO-level positions at two companies where he helped oversee the financials and position them for sale. In this role, David played an integral part in providing due diligence services and negotiating a sales price to facilitate the sale of the businesses to major corporations.

    A Charleston native, David is an active member of the community, serving on several non-profit boards. He is a graduate of Hampden Sydney College.

  • Whit offers consulting, audit and assurance services to a broad range of clients. With over 20 years of experience in public accounting, Whit provides consulting and valuation services for litigation, mergers and acquisitions and closely-held businesses for a variety of purposes and industries. Whit’s practice provides support to attorneys for depositions and testimony with a niche focus on partnership disputes, lost profits and business valuation matters.

    Whit is from Columbia, SC and graduated from Washington & Lee University.

He holds extensive practice in providing tax, accounting and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and multi-state operating entities.

    Daniel’s experience includes assistance with strategic tax structures, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment partnerships.

    A native of Bamberg, SC, Daniel graduated from the College of Charleston. Daniel is active in the Charleston community serving on several non-profit boards.
